The brief was to define what makes Domain a great place to work and build a visual system upon which Domain can attract, retain and empower the best talent.

Data from staff surveys and insights led to the creation of a simple design system that works alongside the main Domain brand. A flexible grid system was developed, incorporating a new set of simple shapes and gradients. This system represents the dynamic and diverse aspects of their teams.

To engage new hires and convey the brand’s narrative, we developed Domain’s first set of illustrations. This added a human touch and personality, while effectively portraying the rewards, benefits, and team spirit at Domain.
