Employer branding 



The brief was to define what makes Domain a great place to work and build a visual system upon which Domain can attract, retain and empower the best talent. 

From staff surveys and insights we collected valuable information on what makes Domain a great place to work. From this we created a system that could work along side the main Domain brand to attract and retain key talent.

To engage new hires and to tell the brand’s story we developed Domain’s first set of illustrations. This also adds a human touch and personality, while capturing the rewards, benefits and team spirit at Domain.
