BreastScreen NSW – Not in my Family Campaign
Launched NSW January 2019
The campaign had to spread an important message for women across the whole of New South Wales. It felt good to create work that would make a difference to woman in the community. My role was to select talent from local suburbs who were willing to be the face of the campaign. Choosing the right women and photographer for the job was so important. I worked alongside photographer Simon Harsent who shot four amazing portraits of our women.
Another challenge was to create a campaign identity that was fresh and sat well with the existing BreastScreen branding. We made their existing colour pallet feel more human by adding skin tones to the mix. A “B” shape was created as a holding device for headlines and call to actions. The creative stood out well across several media channels and locations and was well received by all.
